Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period, which allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns :
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return :
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@a2zevshop.com. Note that returns need to be sent to the following address: 1690 Place de Lierre, Laval, H7G 4X7, Quebec, Canada.
Acceptance of Returns :
Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues :
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue.
Exchanges :
To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period :
For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the same conditions mentioned above.
Refunds :
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Change of Mind or Unneeded Items :
For returns due to change of mind, not needed, received as a gift, received a free adapter from the car manufacturer, or any other reason, the 14-day period applies. The adapter must be in perfect condition, not used, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs as we do not issue return labels for these situations. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Defective Products :
If a product is received defective, we will replace it by sending a replacement the same or next business day, provided it is in stock.
Preorders :
When canceling a preorder, we reserve the right to apply transaction fees up to $10 USD on refunds.
Refused Deliveries :
If a customer refuses delivery and the package is returned to us, they are eligible for a refund minus restocking fees and any customs fees incurred by us.
Additional Policies for Fair Business Practice :
- Shipping Costs for Returns: Except for defective products or incorrect shipments, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
- Restocking Fees: Restocking fees are applied to cover the processing, inspection, and repackaging of items. These fees are waived for defective products or incorrect shipments.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs and duties charges incurred when returning products from outside Canada.
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if items have signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
