**Terms and Conditions for the Use of A2Z EV NACS to CCS1 Typhoon Plug**

**1. Introduction**

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the sale and use of the A2Z EV NACS to CCS1 Typhoon Plug (the "Product"), provided by Entreprise A2Z Canada Inc ("A2Z EV"). Your purchase and use of the Product constitute your agreement to these Terms.

**2. Product Use and Compatibility**

The Product is designed to enable CCS1-equipped vehicles to connect with Tesla Superchargers and NACS 3rd party DC chargers. While the Product has been approved for use based on current standards and compatibility requirements, it is acknowledged that a change of mind by charger manufacturers or network providers regarding third-party product compatibility is always possible.

**3. Limitation of Liability**

Entreprise A2Z Canada Inc. shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from such changes in compatibility policies or decisions by charger manufacturers or network providers that may affect the use of the Product.

**4. Refund Policy**

Should there be a change in policy by Tesla Superchargers, NACS 3rd party DC chargers, or any relevant entity that results in the Product becoming incompatible, Enterprise A2Z Canada Inc. may offer a partial refund at its discretion. The specific terms and conditions of such a refund will be determined by Entreprise A2Z Canada Inc. at the time of the event, and no assumptions of full reimbursement should be made by the customer.

**5. Acknowledgement**

Customers acknowledge that Entreprise A2Z Canada Inc. has no control over any third-party decisions that may impact the functionality of the Product and that the company is committed to customer satisfaction within the framework of these Terms.

**6. Changes to Terms**

Entreprise A2Z Canada Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes in advance, and continued use of the Product will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
