Absolutely great. Worked perfectly for supercharging Mach-E on road trip. Relatively easy to insert and remove; beefy and latches well but no temperature or speed issues and it was easier to remove than a native CCS1 plug was at another stop! Came back to get a level 2 adapter because I’m happy with the brand.

Exactly What I Needed To Use a V3 Supercharger

I just recently leased a Honda Prologue, and I had to take it on a 1,000 mile road trip for a business event. I was traveling through South Dakota and Minnesota, where charging stations can be a little sparse, so I made sure to have the A2Z adapter before leaving to maximize my options. As it turns out, most of the Tesla stations out here are V1 or V2 and won't work with non-Tesla vehicles, but there were a couple of newer V3 chargers on the back end of the trip that were perfectly placed. After getting the car close enough to the station, I connected the adapter to the car, then plugged the cable in. Bam! It worked perfectly on the first try. And despite the 10F temperature, I got the fastest charging I had on the whole trip - between 100 and 150kw. Super easy. Unlike some users, I didn't experience any difficulties getting everything disconnected - everything came apart quickly after charging stopped. Glad I had the A2Z adapter! Seems like a road trip must-have.

Works well and consistently

Took the Typhoon NACS to CCS1 adapter with me on a trip with my Mustang Mach-E and used it Superchargers without any issues. Was more reliable using the adapter than using another brand CCS1 chargers directly! Very happy with shipping speed as well. Just came back to buy their Level 2 NACS to J1772 adapter as well to have handy. Would love if there was a short 2 or 3 foot long extension as well because of how short the Supercharger cables are, but I know that’s a harder thing to pull of technically and safely. I know longer extension is in the works, but a short one would be fine with me. Even one extra foot would suffice based on my trip.

Great quality. Haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but should do the job.
